Timeslips
In case you were wondering I was in the right lane. The mods here were an ASP 3.4 press on pulley,
Gator back belt, 9" K&N cone and 3" cat back. I just launched in drive and held it to the floor. I wish I
could get a 2.0 60 foot time now!! Traction seems to be a problem!!

Time slips  7 27 02

Still no 13's. This is pissing me OFF!! Same mods as before. I tried launching in 2nd and manually
shifting to drive at 5900. No real benefit if you ask me. I did try to "manipulate" the boost valve on
these runs. That is where you press the valve down for "faster" boost response. I did shave off .003
in the 1/4 so maybe it did help. Who knows.

Time slip 8 17 02

Well, now I feel better!! You can say I just made it but in is in damn it!! I had a lot of slips from
this day but this is the only one that counts. I added a fenderwell intake with 4" piping and a
fat ass K&N filter. Sounds SOOOOOOOOOOO cool. I did discover on this day that if I launch
in 1st and let the computer shift to 2nd then I shift manually to 3rd at 5900 that I get a better ET.

Well, now we're getting somewhere!! Here are two time slips from 5-17-03. One is in full street trim
(including sub and spare tire) and the other is in as much race trim as I get. I pulled out the sub, amp,
spare and jack. I used a 10K resistor in the IAT and that actually seemed to help a little. In case you were
wondering the R/T on the 13.6 run was on purpose. I wanted the loud ass truck next to me to go so I
could hear if I started to spin. Same as before I started in first gear and let the computer shift into second.
I manually shift into third at 5900 RPM's. Launching street tires sucks!! oh, and I forgot to turn on the
performance shift all day!! I hope that next time that will help even more.
